Maurice Hines Daniel

Mr. Daniel died Friday at Briarcrest Nursing Home in Ashland, Miss. He was born in Hardeman County son of the late Luther and Dora Hines Daniel and lived his life in the Saulsbury area. The widower of Estella West Daniel, who died on October 21, 2005, he was a retired farmer and a member of Saulsbury Baptist Church.



Survivors include three daughters, Idlett West and her husband, Ronald, and Brenda Cox, all of Ashland, Miss. and Patty Chute of Oakland; a son, Allen Daniel and his wife, Myrna of Bartlett; three grandchildren, Danny Eytchison, David and Dennis Chute; and three great grandchildren.



In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Virgie Glover and Mildred Talbot; and three brothers, Gaston, Louis and Edward Daniel.
