Maudie Wesson

Maudie Wesson was born February 25, 1937 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Elmer and Kathleen Banks Wesson.Ms. Wesson worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken as a cook for 10 years. She was always smiling and trying to help others. Ms. Wesson enjoyed gardening and fishing. She loved her family and having family reunions. Ms. Wesson was a Jehovah Witness.Ms. Wesson departed this life on May 16, 2008 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 2 Months, 21 Days.She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Bryant of Savannah, Tennessee; a son, Jeff Collins of Savannah, Georgia; five brothers, Billy Wesson of Birmingham, Alabama, Jimmy Wesson, Bobby Wesson, Donnie Wesson, Kenneth Wesson all of Savannah, TN; a sister, Barbara McConnell of Savannah, TN; six grandchildren, Dustin Kelly, Jeremy Kelly, Brittany Kelly, Cloe Collins, Ashton Collins, Krista Collins; three step grandchildren, Jonathan Rinks, Alisha Casteel, Andrea Casteel; 1 step great-grandchild, Macie Casteel.In addition to her parents, Ms. Wesson was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Wesson; a grandchild, Jonathan Riley Collins.
