Maud Austin

Maud Austin was born in Lauderale County, Alabama on June 22, 1926 the daughter of the late William Henry and Rose K. James Evans.She married T. Jack Austin who preceded her in death on May 04, 1993.During her life Mrs. Austin worked as a housekeeper at the Hardin County Hospital and lived in the Nixon Community.Mrs. Austin departed this life on Thursday, November 22, 2007 at the age of 81 years, 5 months.She is survived by her son: Danny Thomas Austin of Savannah, Tennessee; a sister: Estelle Austin of Savannah, Tennessee; brother: O.B. Evans of Waterloo, Alabama; 3 granddaughters: Danette Franks, Jackie Smith, Angela Smith all of Savannah, Tennessee: 5 great-grandchildren: Jesse Franks, Shelia Franks, Jacob Smith, Madelon Smith, Shelly Smith.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Austin was preceded in death by 5 brothers, 1 sister, and grandson, Danny Thomas Austin, Jr.
