MATTIE BROWN
Was born in Lauderdale County, Alabama on January 17, 1941 the daughter of the late Cliff B. and Eartha Lillian Highland.
On June 24, 1985 she was united in marriage to Charles B. (Sam) Brown, who survives.
Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and a member of Old Town Full Gospel Church.
She departed this life on December 10, 2006 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 10 months and 23 days.
Other than her husband, Charles B. (Sam) Brown, she is survived by 2 sons, Bobby Franks of Savannah, Tennessee and Billy Franks of Adamsville, Tennessee.
One daughter, Linda Sue Franks of Savannah, Tennessee.
9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren
One sister, Ruth Hayes of Savannah, Tennessee.
One brother, Jimmy Highland of Savannah, Tennessee.
Mrs. Brown was also preceded in death by one son, David Reece Franks, one sister, Jewel Baker and one brother, Robbie Highland.
