Mary Joan Troyer

Mary Joan Habegger Troyer of Olive Hill, TN was born November 25, 1938 in Berne, IN the daughter of the late Enoch P. and Emma Charlotte Mazelin Habbeger. Mrs. Troyer died on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at her home in Olive Hill, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 3 Months, 10 Days. Mrs. Troyer, a homemaker, was a member of the Hardin County Mennonite Church.

She is survived by her husband Mose J. Troyer of Olive Hill, TN, five sons, Melvin Troyer of Crossville, TN, Samuel Troyer of Tompkinsville, KY, Stephen Troyer of Williamsburg, KY, David Troyer of Harrodsburg, KY, James Troyer of Sanisidro, Costa Rica, six daughters, Rebecca Troyer, Rosina Troyer, Amelia Troyer, all of Olive Hill, TN, Margaret Huber of Mt. Hermon, KY, Catherine Sommers of Sparta, TN, and Mary Ann Proctor of Emory, TX, a sister, Agnes Schrock of Monterey, TN, 59 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs Troyer was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Mazelin, 2 infant grandchildren, and 2 infant brothers.

Services will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Hardin County Mennonite Church in Olive Hill, Tennessee, with David Troyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Hardin County Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Hardin County Mennonite Church.
