Mary Tilley

MARY TILLEYwas born in Lauderdale County, Alabama on August 6, 1943 the daughter of the late William Wesley and Mary Maggie Dailey Lard.On December 23, 1970 she was united in marriage to Larry V. Tilley, who survives.Mrs. Tilley worked in dietary at Savannah Health Care. She was a member of Mt. Olive Church. Mrs. Tilley enjoyed sewing, gardening and taking care of her flowers. She also loved being with family and friends.Mrs. Tilley departed this life on December 10, 2008 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 4 months and 4 days.Other than her husband, Larry of Savannah, Tennessee, she is survived by 2 brothers, Charles Lard and Hollis Lard, both of Waterloo, Alabama.Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Larry Michael Tilley, 2 sisters, Pauline Lard Stults and Lucille Lard Highland and 5 brothers, Ollie, Milford, Ruben, John D. and Howard Lard.
