She was born on January 9, 1938 in Wayne County, TN to the late Dee and Esther Brewer Franks. Mrs. Kiddy was preceded in death by her 1st. husband; Carlton " Jinker " Staggs ; grandson; Brian Ray Dickey; granddaughter; Lisa Haddock; brothers, Austin Ray Franks; sisters, Marie Prince; Nita Dugger; Ruby Nell Dugger; Josephine Franks and Mary Ellen Franks. Mary Lou was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was a wonderful mother and very caring person.
