Mary Lynne Staggs

Mary Lynne Bomar Staggs was born August 9, 1955 in Fort Worth, TX the daughter of the late Joseph Washington and Virginia Jo Reeves Bomar. She was united in marriage to Stanley Staggs on December 26, 1997. Mrs. Staggs was a family support program coordinator for Buffalo River Services in Waynesboro, TN. She departed this life on October 8, 2022 in Lawrenceburg, TN at the age of 67 years, 1 month, and 29 days.

She is survived by her husband Stanley Staggs of Lawrenceburg, TN; a son Bryan Butler and fiance Andrea of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, Timothy Bomar of Florence, AL; a grandson, Coby Butler of Tempe Az ; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm service time at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN, with Matthew Lineberry and Kevin Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Shields Cemetery at Waynesboro, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
