Mary A. Lipford

Mary A. Garner Lipford was born July 3, 1918 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late John Calvin and Ann Wilson Garner.She was united in marriage to Amos Albert Lipford. Mr. Lipford preceded her in death on August 13, 1974. Mrs. Lipford was a homemaker . She was a member of the Love And Truth Church in Adamsville, Tennessee.Mrs. Lipford departed this life on February 29, 2008 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 89 Years, 7 Months, 26 Days. She is survived by a son, Charles Lipford of Adamsville, TN; two daughters, Peggy Shull of Savannah, TN, and Shirley West of Bolivar, TN; a brother, Jim Garner of Finger, TN; 12 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 10 Great Great Grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lipford was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Henry; granddaughter, Norma Robertson; two sisters, Estelee Garner, and Ruby Houston; four brothers, Marvin Garner, Onnie Garner, Henry Garner, and Dick Garner.
