Mary Sue King

Mary Sue Dunaway King was born July 14, 1933 in McNairy County, TN to the daughter of the late L.T. and Amy Scott Dunaway.Ms. King was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Selmer, TN. She started working at Brown Shoe Company in 1955 and worked there for many years before retiring. She loved gardening, her flowers, and spending time with her family around the Holidays.Ms. King departed this life on February 7, 2013 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 6 Months, 24 Days.She is survived by two sons, William King Sr. and wife Shirley of Michie, TN, Tim King of Selmer, TN; three grandchildren, William King Jr. of Michie, TN, Hope Ferguson of Paris, TN and Michael Pickens of Bethel Springs, TN; four great grandchildren, Randy King of Michie, TN, Brittany Smith of Michie, TN, Delila Ferguson of Paris, TN, and Mason Fergusonof Paris, TN; three sisters, Katie Basinger of Selmer, TN, Alice Browder of Selmer, TN, and Betty Franks and husband Ottie of Savannah, TN; two brothers, Wilburn Dunaway of Adamsville, TN, and Troy Dunaway and wife Marilyn of Selmer, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Ms. King is preceded in death by a sister, Jean Ruth Dunaway; and four brothers, James Aurthur, Charles Dunaway, Billy Dunaway, and Ralph Dunaway.
