Mary Ann Julia Hurst

Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Mary Ann Julia Hurst passed away after her battle with cancer on July the 16th, 2019.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents; mother Rose Vaccaro, father James Vaccaro, brothers; Sonny Vaccaro, and Richie Vaccaro.

She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Tim Hurst; her brother, Louie Vaccaro; her 4 children, Rebecca Smith of Jackson TN, Sheila Campbell of McKenzie TN, and Lee Campbell (Tina) of Towaco NJ, Tim Hurst II (Lacey) of Eastview TN; grandchildren, Heather Watson (Alvin), Ashley Campbell, Connor Campbell, Logan Williams; a great grandchild, Kylie Davis-Owens.

Mary Ann was born July 7th, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York. She spent her childhood in New York and young adulthood in Pennsylvania before moving to and residing the rest of her life in Hornsby, Tennessee. She was a devoted mother and homemaker. Mary Ann enjoyed spending her leisure time reading.

Flowers or donations to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital are welcomed as condolences.
