Ms. Hamilton retired from BellSouth where she worked as a telephone operator. She also worked at Shulton's in Memphis and ITT in Corinth.
Ms. Hamilton was a member of the Fraley's Chapel Church of Christ.
Ms. Hamilton was a sweet and caring person who loved her family and friends.
Ms. Hamilton departed this life on August 2, 2006 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 76 Years, 10 Months, 29 Days. She is survived by her loving family,
sister Jessie D. Bingham of Corinth; sister-n-law Mearle Hamilton of Cherokee AL; two nieces Robbie Kennedy and husband Bill of Rienzi MS and Brenda Yarber of South Carolina; four nephews Phil Bingham of Corinth, Neal Bingham and wife Judy; Brad Bingham of Corinth and Kenneth Bingham of Corinth; three grand-nephews Casey Bingham and wife Amber of Corinth, Allen Johnson and wife Jenny of Corinth and Jason Yarber of California; one grand-niece Angie Payne and husband Derek of Corinth; four great grand nephews; one great grand niece.
Ms. Hamilton was precded in death by her parents James McKinley and Rhoda Isophene Harris Hamilton; two brothers Robert Elmo Hamilton and Noel Hamilton
