Mary Kathryn "Kackie" Grose, 86, of Paris, died Wednesday morning, March 14, 2007 at Henry County Healthcare in Paris.
The widow of Carlos Abner Grose, she was a homemaker. Mrs. Grose was born March 24, 1920, in Stuart, Virginia, daughter of the late Robert J. Moorefield and Anna Heath Moorefield and lived most of her life in Akron, Ohio until making her home in west Tennessee in 2001. She was a member of North Hampton Baptist Church in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Survivors include one grandchild, Angela Peluso; two nephews and their wives, Wayne and Lisa Watkins Goad of Paris and Bobby and Diane Goad of Gallatin; three nieces, Marlene Lane and her husband, Avent of Murfreesboro, Carolyn Henderson of Destin, FL and Linda Link of Cincinnati, OH; three great nieces, Mica, Brittney and Kayla Goad of Paris and one great nephew and his wife, Clark and Belinda Goad of Pickwick. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Carlos Robert Grose; one sister, Clara Goad and one brother, Paul Moorefield.
