Mrs. Kirk passed away Wednesday evening at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis.
The widow of DeWitt Frazier, who died July 2, 1985, Mrs. Frazier was the daughter of the late Marvin Roosevelt Kirk and Ivy Kirk. She was a retired cashier.
Her survivors are a son, Michael Frazier of Bartlett; four sisters, Joan K. Holden of Bartlett, Freddie Brown and Marlene Sartain of Little Rock, AR and Billie Kennedy of Magnolia, AR; a brother, Lowery Kirk of Brownsville.
