Mary Ellen Franks Frazier

Mary Ellen Franks Frazier was born on August 7, 1945 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Hailey and Myrtle Price Franks.

On November 28, 1969, she was united in marriage to Anthony Frazier, who preceded his wife in death on September 29, 2024.

Ellen worked at Savannah Manufacturing. After retiring, she loved taking care of their animals and plants. She loved to cook for her family get togethers.

Ellen departed this life on October 22, 2024 at Park Rest Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 79 years, 2 months, and 15 days.

She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Vickery of Savannah, Tennessee, Mackie Johnson of Eastview, Tennessee, and Linda Fisher of Booneville, Mississippi; brother, Dave Franks of Savannah, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews who loved Aunt Ellen so very much.

In addition to her parents and husband, Ellen was preceded in death by her son, Michael Lynn Franks; brothers, Ellis Franks, Bud Franks, Junior Franks, and Donald Franks; and sisters, Marie Franks Copeland and Rosie Stricklin.
