Mary Emma Crabb

Mary Emma Reed Crabb of Ramer, Tennessee, was born on Friday, May 25, 1923, the daughter of the late Edgar and Martha Carter Reed. She married Leonard Crabb on February 19, 1943. Mr. Crabb preceded her in death on February 12, 2003. She was a homemaker and a member of Butler\'s Chapel Baptist Church.Mrs. Crabb passed from this life on Sunday, September 10, 2006, at her home at the age of 83 years, 3 months, and 16 days.Survivors are her children Carolyn Fowler and husband David of Guys, TN; Gail Youngblood and husband Donald of Chewalla, TN; Martha Pendley and husband Dale of Acton, TN; Dorothy Jean Vaughn and husband Reece of Chewalla; Bonnie Akers and husband Travis of Pearl, MS; Becky Wright and husband James of Bruce, MS; Billy Crabb of Iuka, MS; Glen Crabb and wife Earlene, Terry Crabb and wife Emily, and Jimmy Crabb all of Chewalla, TN.Also survived by a sister Eddie Jo Kelly of Chewalla and a brother W. G. Reed and wife Linda of Memphis, TN.14 Grandchildren; 15 Great-Grandchildren; 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren;12 Step-GrandchildrenAlso survived by her caregiver Vilene Windom and a host of other relatives and friends.Other than her husband and parents, Mrs. Crabb was preceded in death by sisters Uila Reed, Betty Dawson, and Gladys Butler. Also brothers Leonard and J. C. Reed and a granddaugher Angie Jenkins and a grandson Jason Crabb.
