Mary Christine Armstrong

Mary Christine Duncan Armstrong was born on October 13, 1930 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Samuel Bryan and Mary Johnson Duncan.

Ms. Armstrong was employed by Brown Shoe Company as a machine operator. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and loved to watch movies and read. Mary loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very much.

Mary Armstrong departed this life on January 22, 2016 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 85 years, 3 months, 9 days.

She is survived by 2 sons, Tommy Armstrong, and his wife Martha, and Burtis Nelson all of Savannah, Tennessee; 4 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Ann Armstrong.
