Marvin Osborn

Marvin Osborn of Ramer, TN, was born August 28, 1941 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late David M. Osborn and Pattie Bright Osborn. 

Over the years Marvin had worked for 3M in Memphis, TN, Sauer Sundstrand in Selmer, TN and then at Sonoco on Jackson before retiring. He was united in marriage to Johnnie Faye Howell on July 1, 1977. He served our country in the United States Airforce. 

Mr. Osborn departed this life on April 24, 2023 in Ramer, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 7 Months, 27 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Osborn; his children: Michelle Osborn, Freda Smith and husband George, Norman Lee Wolfe, Dennis Wolfe, Renea Melton, April Tucker and husband Eric; a sister, Nella Steadman; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Osborn was preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Sweatman, Peggy Sanders; a brother, Johnny Osborn; and a grandson, Trevor Wilson.
