Marvin C. Armstrong

Mr. Marvin C. Armstrong was born November 13, 1928 in Corinth, Mississippi the son of the late Callie D. and Onie Caroline King Armstrong.He was united in marriage to Marion Faye Hamm Armstrong who preceded him in death.Mr. Armstrong was a member of the Savannah First Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. He was the owner of Savannah Shoe Store for approximately 10 years and a vending machine repairman. He was also a member of the Adamsville Free and Accepted Masons and the Savannah Lions Club. Mr. Armstrong departed this life on September 16, 2005 in Page, Arizona at the age of 76 Years, 10 Months, 3 Days.He is survived by a daughter, Alicia Browder and husband Jeff of Adamsville, Tennessee; son, Dennis Armstrong of Selmer, Tennessee; grandson, Will Browder of Adamsville, Tennessee and a brother, Larry Armstrong of West Point, Mississippi.In addition to his wife and his parents, Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford Armstrong and Vernon Armstrong.
