Martha Othena Roberts

Mrs. Roberts passed away Thursday afternoon at Bolivar General Hospital in Bolivar, TN.
A native of Silerton, TN, she was born on January 18, 1918 to the late William A. Mayfield and Lula Frances Roby Mayfield. She was a file clerk for Toof Printing in Memphis, where she lived for almost thirty years. In 1969, after having retired, she returned to the area and worked at Creekmore Foods for ten years.
Survivors of Mrs. Roberts include a sister, Marie McKinnie of Bolivar and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by another sister, Thelma Cyer.
