Martha Gail Partain

Martha Gail Montgomery Partain of Collinwood, TN was born July 11, 1957 in Florence, Al, the daughter of Grayford Eugene and Delphia Ovedell Williams Montgomery of Cypress Inn, TN who survive. Ms Partain had worked at Texas Boot, was a former day care provider and had been employed at Hasti Mart in Collinwood, TN for the past 18 years where she was the manager for the business.

She was a member of the Collinwood Church of Christ in Collinwood, Tennessee and departed this life on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 58 Years, 7 Months, 14 Days after a sudden illness.

Other than her parents, Ms Partain is survived by sons, Shannon Lee Tidwell and wife, Matilda and Bradley Dewayne Partain and wife, Donna all of Collinwood, TN and Jeffrey Scott Partain and wife, Lori of Loretto, TN; grandchildren, Bailey, Brianna and Jeremiah Tidwell and Hailee, Andrew, Kara and Ella Partain; brothers, Barry, David and Danny Montgomery all of Cypress Inn, TN and Jarry Montgomery of Florence, AL; sisters, Patricia Berzett of Athens, AL, Nancy Tilley of Cypress Inn, TN, Sherry Crosslin of Florence, AL and Melissa Smith of Scotts Hill, TN and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Gary Allen Montgomery and grandparents, Gideon and Bertha Montgomery and Ellie and Clara Williams.

Services will be Monday, February 29, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with John Hodum and Randall Roby officiating. At her request, her body will be cremated following the services.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Monday, February 29, 2016 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.
