Marsha Lee Franks

Marsha Lee Franks was born on June 30, 1953 in Lebanon, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Teemus A. and Betty Jo Smith Johnson.

On September 22, 2000, she was united in marriage to Michael A. Franks, who survives. 

Marsha was an excellent seamstress. She made doll clothes for her grandchildren. Marsha loved fishing, gardening, yard work, her chickens and animals, cooking, she was an excellent cook, and refurbishing antiques.

Marsha Lee Franks departed this life on August 29, 2023 in Madison County, Tennessee at the age of 70 years, 1 month, and 30 days. 

She is survived by her husband, Michael Franks of Saltillo, Tennessee; daughters, Teresa Dhondt of Huntingdon, Tennessee and Sherry Meyer of Eads, Tennessee; stepsons, Chad Franks of Los Angelos, California, Casey Franks of Savannah, Tennessee, and Chase Franks of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Phillip Dhondt, Rachel Meyer, and Amelia Meyers; and sisters, Gwen Gill of Lebanon, Tennessee and Gail Jones of Dickson, Tennessee.  

In addition to her parents, Marsha is preceded in death by her sister, Cricket Johnson.
