Marsha Kay Chambers was born on December 18, 1946 in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of the late Alva C. and Anna Smith.
In 1983, she was united in marriage to Allen Chambers, who preceded his wife in death in January of 2000.
Marsha worked as a librarian in Dyersburg, Tennessee and was of Baptist belief. She lived in Hardin County, Tennessee for over 10 years and enjoyed crocheting, reading, sewing, and reading romantic novels.
Marsha Kay Chambers departed this life on September 22, 2021 in Savannah,Tennessee at the age of 74 years, 9 months, and 4 days.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Shelby, Jr. of Sheffield, Alabama and Bruce Shelby of Counce, Tennessee; daughter, Terri Shelby and her husband Jamie of Savannah, Tennessee; 6 sisters; 2 brothers; grandchildren, Jessica Haze, Jacob Shelby, Tony Shelby, Alex Shelby, and Cade Smith; and great grandchildren, Bently Qualls, Cailyn Qualls, Allie Shelby, Liam Shelby, J.J. Shelby, and Brooklyn Shelby.
