Mark Twain Wright

Mark Twain Wright was born July 20, 1967 in Florence, Alabama, the son of the late John (J.W.) and Betty Sue Tilley Wright. He was united in marriage to Violet Marie Caperton on July 7, 1989. Mr. Wright was a forklift driver and logger. He was a member of the Collinwood Church of God of Prophecy in Collinwood, Tennessee.Mr. Wright departed this life on Wednesday,January 14, 2009 at his home in Collinwood, Tennessee at the age of 41 years, 5 months, 25 days.He is survived by his wife, Violet Caperton Wright; three sons, Steven, Matthew, and Tyler Wright all of Collinwood, TN; two brothers, Johnny Wright of Waynesboro, TN, Billy Wright of Savannah, TN; a sister, Jenny Simbeck of Collinwood, TN; nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, Mr. Wright was preceded in death by a brother, Tim Wright. Services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Butch Kephart and Sam Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.Visitation will be Thursday, January 15, 2009 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Friday, January 16, 2009 from 9 am until service time at Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee.
