Marjorie Juanita Wallace Moore

Marjorie Juanita Wallace Moore was born August 4, 1926 in Birmingham, AL the daughter of the late P T and Doshie Burks Wallace. She was united in marriage to Travis Moore on November 20, 1945. Mr. Moore preceded her in death on June 12, 1997. She worked at Brown Shoe Company in Selmer, TN for many years. Then she worked for Vendo in Corinth, MS and also at Hagy's Hushpuppie in Michie, TN. Marjorie was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church in Counce, TN. She was a wonderful cook and loved cooking Sunday dinner for her family and friends. Mrs. Moore departed this life on August 30, 2016 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 26 Days.

She is survived by a daughter, Sarah Howard of Michie, TN; two sons, James T. "Buddy" Moore and wife Pattie of Michie, TN, Charles Moore and wife Kathy of Michie, TN; six grandchildren: ONeal Howard and wife Annette, Mark Moore and wife Tracy, Craig Howard and wife Shannan, Chris Moore and wife Jana, Jamie Moore and wife Wendy, and Justin Moore and wife Candy, step grandchild Mechelle Williams; ten great grandchildren: Cody Howard, Allison Howard, Colton Howard, Chloe Howard, River Moore, Kane Moore, Ben Moore, Emma Moore, Peyton Moore, and Keegan Moore, and step great grandchild Gunner Williams; brother-in-law, Paul Moore; sister-in-laws, Louise Clayton, Juanita Taylor and Rebecca Moore; and a host of nieces, nephews, church family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Ronnie Howard; four sisters; Leona Hinson, Ruby Smith, Katie Craig, Georgia Dickerson; an infant brother, Charles Talmadge Wallace; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ode and Lois Moore; and twin great grandchildren, Holly and Jackson Moore.
