Marjorie Hosea

MARJORIE HOSEA

was born in Collinwood, Tennessee on July 12, 1921 the daughter of the late Walter and Mattie Rippy Reaves.

On May 20, 1939 she was united in marriage to William Ralph (Dick) Hosea, who preceded his wife in death on July 26, 1997.

Mrs. Hosea was a homemaker and was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, friend who always put others first. Mrs. Hosea is formally from Savannah and had been living in Arizona since 2004.

She departed this life on October 12, 2013 in Youngtown, Arizona at the age of 92 years and 3 months.

Mrs. Hosea is survived by her children, Jim Hosea and his wife Gail and Jerry Hosea, both of Prescott, Arizona, Shirley Hathcock of Youngtown, Arizona, Sharon Bowen and her husband Bert of Urbana, Ohio, Judy Semintendi and her husband Morris of Phoenix, Arizona and Sherry Bizzarri and her husband Nunzio of Cave Creek, Arizona

21 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Bud, Ronald and Ted Reaves and one sister, Linda Reaves.
