Margrete Ellen Ayers Andis

Services will be held on Friday, December 12, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in the McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Thursday, December 11, from 6:00-9:00 pm and on Friday, December 12 from 9:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood,TN



Mrs. Margrete was born November 26, 1939 in Wayne County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Percy and Louise Hensley Brewer. Mrs. Andis departed this life on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Vanderbilt Hospital, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 14 Days. In addition to her parents, Mrs Andis was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Daniels;



Mrs. Andis was a Line worker with Rudy Frams and was of the Baptist faith.



She is survived by ;her husband Aaron Andis of Muscle Shoals, Al;

daughter, Sherry Butler of Murfreesboro, TN,

step daughters; Dottie Wheeler of Tuscaloosa, Al, Patricia Campbell of Muscle Shoals, AL, Helen Andis of Muscle Shoals, AL;

step son, Winfred Andis of Dalton, GA;



9 stepgrandchidren; 10 step great grandchildren



brother, Kenneth Brewer of Florence, AL;

sisters, Barbara Ayers ; Glenda Holt ; and Debbie Brown all of Collinwood, TN, and Gail Brown of Iron City, TN,



several nieces and nephews
