Margie Shirley

She was born in Chester County, the daughter of the late Travis Lee and Lector Lorraine Ross Webb. She attended Chester County Schools and in 1957 was married to Curtis Shirley. They made their home in Stone Park, IL for nearly fifty years. She worked at Borg Warner Corp. as an inspector. They manufactured M-16 clips during the Vietnan War. They moved to Memphis in August of 2000. She was a member of the Sanford Hill Baptist Church.



She is survived by her husband Curtis Raymond Shirley of Memphis; five brothers James Webb of Jackson, Lynn Webb and Curtis Wayne Webb both of Henderson, Don Webb of Luray and Joe Webb of Streamwood, IL; two sisters Sue Weatherly of Williston, TN and Gloria Rogers of Bowlin Brook, IL.
