Margie Rowland

MARGIE ROWLANDwas born in Uniontown, Kentucky on July 4, 1927 the daughter of the late William Forrest and Ethel Sutton Powell.On October 2, 1943 she was united in marriage to Walter Rowland, who preceded her in death.Margie was the owner and operator of Margie\'s Flower Shop and she also did some upholstery work. Margie was a member of Church of the Nazarene in Savannah.She departed this life on January 18, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 85 years, 6 months and 14 days.Margie is survived by her children, Shirley Melvin and her husband Tommy of Corinth, Mississippi and Judy Shy and her husband Lennie of Iuka, Mississippi4 granddaughters and 3 grandsons, 18 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildrenone sister, Norma Dean Bickitt and her husband Jimmy of Uniontown, KentuckyIn addition to her parents, and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Debra Jones and twelve siblings.
