Margie Ruth Chandler

Margie Ruth Chandler of Stantonville, Tennessee, was born on October 17, 1932, to the late Cecil and Gladys Northcutt Fisher. She was united in marriage to Garvin Chandler on December 16, 1950. Mr. Chandler preceded her in death on October 20, 1996. She was a member of Stantonville Methodist Church and was a homemaker.Mrs. Chandler passed from this life on Saturday, December 27, 2008, at McNairy Regional Hospital in Selmer at the age of 76 years, 2 months, and 20 days.Survivors are her two sons, Tracy Chandler and wife Teresa of Selmer and Trent Chandler and wife Donna of Stantonville; three sisters, Mary Lou Bryant of Michie, Tennessee, Rheba Carter and husband Don of Savannah, Tennessee, Gay Brown and husband Don of Michie; four brothers, Gerald Fisher and wife Nell of Michie, Paul Fisher and wife Linda of Selmer, Dale Fisher and wife Betty of Michie; Larry Fisher and wife Pat of McLemoresville, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Blake Chandler, Matt Chandler, and Grayson Chandler.A host of other relatives and friends.Other than her parents and husband, Mrs. Chandler was also preceded in death by a brother Woodson Fisher.
