Margaret Kelly Riddell
was born December 26, 1916 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late William Edgar and Mary Elizabeth Jerrolds Kelly.
She was united in marriage James Wilson Riddell on December 8, 1936, who preceded her in death on January 13, 2004.
Mrs. Riddell was a life long resident of Hardin County anf a member of the Double Springs Baptist Church. She loved flowers and her hobbies included gardening, quilting, needlework, and babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs.Riddell departed this life on October 28, 2007 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 10 Months, 2 Days.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Beth Holt and Joyce Pierce both of Savannah, TN; a son, Jerry Riddell of Savannah, TN; two sisters, Martha Linam and Ruby McCasland both of Savannah, TN; seven grandchildren, Ricky Bradford, Janet Waggoner, Keith Pierce, Chris Pierce, Steve Riddell, Sheri Riddell, Shannon Thurman; 16 great-grandchildren, Misti Bradford, Miranda Pigg, Morgan Stricklin, Brad Waggoner, Ryan Waggoner, Courtney Waggoner Presley, Tim Pierce, Alli Pierce, Emma Pierce, Molly Pierce, Shelton Thurman, Alxis Thurman, Gracie Thurman, Kristin Riddell, Eli Riddell, Collin Riddell.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs.Riddell was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Couch and Marie Vandiver; four brothers, Jack Kelly, Morris Kelly, Tom Kelly, and Billy Kelly.
