Margaret Galloway, age 67 of Bolivar, passed away Tuesday morning, April 2, 2019, at McNairy Healthcare in Selmer, TN.
Margaret was born on Tuesday, May 15, 1951, to the late Leo C. Vandiver and Margarette McAlpin Vandiver in Bolivar, TN. On July 18, 1969, she married James F. Galloway in Middleton, TN. She was retired from the Hardeman County School System Library assistance after 14 years of service. She also served as a substitute teacher for the Hardeman County School System. She was a baptist, and she loved collecting things, doing puzzles, working with flowers, cooking, spending time with family, and loved her grandchildren. She lived all her life in Hardeman County.
She is survived by her husband James F. Galloway of Bolivar, TN; a daughter, Summer Hale of Denham Springs, LA; a son, James "Jim" Galloway, Jr. of Bolivar, TN;a sister, Brenda McKeen(Mike) of Henderson, TN; and a brother Lee Vandiver(Phyllis).
She is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Roger Dale Vandiver, and Jimmy Vandiver.
