Mae Nance

Mae Nancewas born in Wayne County, Tennessee on September 28, 1918 the daughter of the late Robert L. and Bessie Leamer Nance.Miss Nance had worked production in the garment factory and was a member of the Gospel Assembly Church. She loved to sew and quilt.Miss Nance departed this life on Monday, September 15, 2008 at the age of 89 years, 11 months, 18 days.Miss Nance is survived by her brother, Oliver Nance of Waynesboro, Tennessee.In addition to her parents, Miss Nance was preceded in death by 4 sisters: Tellie Pulley, Allie Nance and 2 infant sisters; 4 brothers: Edward Nance, Kennie Nance, Hazel Nance, and Forest Nance.
