Graveside services for Madeline Kay Dial, age 67, Florence, AL will be 11:00 am Monday, December 3, 2007 at Antioch Cemetery, Cloverdale, AL with Emerald Bailey officiating. Interment will follow services with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 2, 2007 from 5:00-9:00 pm and Monday, from
9:00-10:15 am at Shackelford Funeral Home in Collinwood, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Memorial donations may be given to American Cancer Society, National Kidney Foundation, and St. Jude Hospital.
Mrs. Dial, a native of Lancaster, Ohio, died Friday, November 30, 2007 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Wallace Carroll; husband, James Herbert Dial; and son Thomas Alan Dial. Mrs. Dial was a LPN for 47 years, the last 34 years at Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a caring and compassionate person.
She is survived by sons, Richard Dial, Danny Dial, and Bobby (Nena) Dial all of Florence, AL and daughter, Debby Dial (Lee) Williams of Cherokee, AL; grandchildren, Danielle Dial, Brooklyn Dial, and Albany Dial;
Mother, Hazel Mae McCann Linam of Canon City, CO; step-mother, Pat Carroll of Winchester, IN. sisters, Carol (Jerry) Shuman of Colorado Springs, CO, Juanita (Rick) Wilcox of Florissant, CO; brothers, John (Pattie) Linam of Canon City, CO and Terry (Trudy) Carroll of Colorado Springs, CO
