Maddis Ruth McPeak

MADDIS RUTH MCPEAKwas born in Tipton County, Tennessee on April 26, 1927 the daughter of the late Robert Edmun and Mattie Keizel Warmath McFerson.She was united in marriage to John Arthur McPeak, who preceded his wife in death on February 12, 1978.Mrs. McPeak was a homemaker.She departed this life on April 17, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 81 years, 11 months and 22 days.Mrs. McPeak is survived by one son, Paul McPeak of Savannah, Tennessee and 2 daughters, Janet Austill and Dottie Leach, both of Atoka, Tennessee.her granddaughter, Erika Brooke McPeakone brother, Robert McFerson of Adamsville, Tennessee7 sisters, Brenda Boles of Adamsville, Tennessee, Evelyn Robbins of Gary, Indiana, Bertha Turk of Eads, Tennessee, Betty Lou Durham of Covington, Tennessee, Robbie Sue Johnson and Loraine Crutchfield, both of Memphis, Tennessee and Gloria Miller of Millington, Tennessee16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildrenand numerous nieces and nephewsMrs. McPeak was also preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Jean McPeak, 5 sons, Billy Wayne, Johnny Lee, Ronnie, David and Larry McPeak, one brother, J. P. McFerson and one grandson, Preston Allan McPeak
