Lynn Mills

Mr. Lynn Mills, passed from this life Friday morning, June 24, 2016 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital at the age of 60 years, 4 months and 1 day.

Mr. Mills was born Thursday, February 23, 1956 in Memphis, TN to George Alton and Joy Faye Howell Mills. He was a 1974 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and married Wendy Wright on June 2, 1979. Most recently, Mr. Mills worked in the transportation department at the Hardeman County Board of Education. He worked many years in customer service at Harman International and also at Dandridge Equipment and Nelms Chevrolet. He was a deacon and former treasurer at First Baptist Church in Whiteville. He especially enjoyed yard work.

In addition to his wife Wendy, Mr. Mills is survived by his daughter Caroline Hudspeth and her husband Jon of Milan; his mother Joy Mills of Bolivar; three brothers, Greg Mills and his wife Susie of Cincinnati, OH, Richard Mills and his wife Cindy of Bolivar, and Randy Mills and his wife Sherry also of Cincinnati, OH; and by three nieces, Elizabeth, Kelsey and Kristin Mills. He was preceded in death by his father Alton Mills.
