Lynn Larry Grantham

Lynn Larry Grantham, 76, passed away in the early morning hours of March 12, 2016 at his residence at Pine Meadows in Bolivar, TN.

Mr. Grantham was born on January 4, 1940 in Ramer, TN. He spent most of his life in west Tennessee after serving two years in the Army National Guard. Mr. Grantham loved to laugh and told many jokes. He was a cheerful person who always lived his life with his 'glass is half-full' outlook. He loved going to church and studying the word of God between his daily 'hello' tours of Wal-Mart that could be heard from what seemed like a mile away.

Mr. Grantham is survived by one brother, Samuel Wilson Grantham and his wife Shirley, of Joliet, Illinois along with many nieces and nephews. Mr. Grantham was preceded in death by his parents, J.P. and Edna Irene Grantham, brothers Lee and David Grantham, sisters Glenda Plunk, Louise Smalley, and Martha Jo May, and niece Lou Trent.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 11:00am at Estes Church Of Christ in Henderson, Tennessee. A procession will leave Shackelford's in Bolivar, TN at 10:00am. Pallbearers will be Chris Boudinet, Eddy Parker, Curt Grantham, Gene Smalley, Tracy Sterling, and Rodney Collins.
