Lyndell McClenden Lawless was born January 5, 1931 in Clinton County, Kentucky the son of the late O. G. Lawless and the late Montie Neal Lawless.On July 23, 1981 he was united in marriage to Francis Kaye Taylor who survives.Mr. Lawless was retired from NAPA Auto Parts as a Vice President and General Manager. He served in the United Sates Army from 1954 - 1958 as a Corporal. While serving he played basketball as a goodwill ambassador throughout Europe after World War II. He attended seminary at Campbellsville University and was ordained as a Southern Baptist Minister. He was a member of the Unity Baptist Church in Ramer, Tennessee.He departed this life on April 25, 2007 in Portland, Oregon at the age of 76 Years, 3 Months, 20 Days. Mr. Lawless is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kaye Taylor Lawless; children, Wayne Lawless of Tukwila, Washington, Charlotte Buchanan of Lebanon, Tennessee, Margaret Otis of Redding, California, Ruth Williams of Forest Grove, Oregon, Kathy Lawless of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Scott Andrews of Sevierville, Tennessee, Craig Andrews of Memphis, Tennessee and Stuart Andrews of Portland, Oregon; step mother, Pearlene Lawless of Paducah, Kentucky; two brothers, Randy Lawless of Lexington, Virginia and John Lawless of Nashville, Tennessee; 20 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
