Lula Joyce Ayers Hamm

Lula Joyce Ayers Hamm, Age 79, of Waynesboro Tn passed away on June 29,2023 at Waynesboro Health & Rehab in Waynesboro, TN. Joyce was born November 21,1943 to Tom and Gertrude Ayers of Lutts TN. Joyce was united in marriage to Dennis Hamm who preceded her in death on May 7,2019. Joyce was a retired LPN working over 40 years in Alabama. 

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers E.J. Ayers and Tommy Ayers, and one sister, Doris Reeves. She is survived by 2 sisters in law, Kathy Ayers and Barbara Ayers, and 3 special friends, Leo and Earline Kilburn and Janey Brewer. We loved her like a sister. Joyce we are going to miss you so much! 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm service time at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN  with John Dee Heard officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery in Lutts, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
