Lueela Williams Joyner was born February 4, 1911 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Robert Hatton Williams and the late Euda Naylor Williams. She was united in marriage to Oscar Joyner who preceded her in death on July 3, 1994. She was a homemaker and a member of the Finger Church of Christ.Mrs. Joyner departed this life on March 4, 2006 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 95 Years, 1 Month.Services will be Monday, March 6, 2006, at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, Selmer, Tennessee, with Billy Joe Naylor officiating. Burial to follow in Finger Cemetery at Finger, Tennessee.Survived by four sons, Charles Joyner of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, Paul Joyner of Jackson, Tennessee, E. O. Joyner of Finger, Tennessee, Jackie Joyner of Bethel Springs, Tennessee; two sisters, Beulah Kail Young of Jackson, Tennessee, Leoda Planeta of Orlando, Florida; a brother Warren Williams of Bethel Springs, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a son J. L. Joyner; two sisters, Arnelia Smith and Lorraine Smith; and a brother Ward Williams.
