Mr. Lucian Chester Sanders was born July 5, 1927 in Vayou Meto, Arkansas the son of the late George and Annie Mae Reeves Sanders.He was united in marriage to Beulah Heminger Sanders who survives.Mr. Sanders was a farmer and mechanic. He was a member of the Meeks Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Stantonville, Tennesse. Mr. Sanders served in the United States Army during the Korean War.He departed this life on November 12, 2005 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 4 Months, 7 Days.In addition to his wife, Beulah Heminger Sanders of Sterling, Illinois; Mr. Sanders is survived by three daughters, Wanda Cooksey of Stantonville, Tennessee, Norma of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Susie Meredith of Redfield, Arkansas; six sons, Chester LeRoy Sanders of Mt. Sterling, Illinois, Barry Sanders of Germany, Orville Sanders of Redfield, Arkansas, George Sanders of Little Elm, Texas, Pedro Sanders of Little Rock, Arkansas, Marty Sanders of Sterling, Illinois; eleven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
