Loyd Hubanks

Hubanks Loyd Hubanks of Selmer, Tennessee, was born on Sunday, June 13, 1920, the son of the late Frank and Sina Holmes Hubanks. He was married to Nola P. Robinson Hubanks who preceded him in death on April 5, 1998.Mr. Hubanks was a retired grounds supervisor at Western Mental Health Institute in Bolivar, Tennessee. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Bethel Springs Masonic Lodge.Mr. Hubanks died on Thursday, November 2, 2006, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 86 years, 4 months, and 20 days.Survivors are two sons, Billy Hubanks of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, and Joe Hubanks of Selmer.4 Grandchildren and 6 Great-GrandchildrenPreceded in death by a grandson Brian David Hubanks.Also survived by two sisters, Elma Fay Watridge of Bethel Springs, and Nell Marie McKenzie of Selmer, and a brother Preston Hubanks also of Selmer. A host of other relatives and friends.
