Louise Cole departed this world and joined her Father in heaven on July 5, 2010 following a long illness. She was born in Newnan, Georgia on January 13, 1916, and spent most of her life in Atlanta, Georgia, but lived in Memphis and Bolivar, Tennessee for the past eleven years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gregory T. Cole, five brothers (Sam, Tom, John, Joe and Urie North of Atlanta) and two sisters (Octavia Brummette and Sue Mills also of Atlanta). She is survived by her three sons, Thomas Cole of Clayton, GA; Joe Cole of San Francisco, CA; Christopher Cole of Atlanta, GA; and her daughter, Sue Certain of Bolivar, TN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bolivar, TN.
