Louis Everette McCoy

LOUIS EVERETTE MCCOY, JR.was born in Enville, Tennessee on January 8, 1936 the son of the late Louis Everett McCoy, Sr. and Birdie Barnhart McCoy.On July 17, 1954 he was united in marriage to Betty Jean Blakenship, who preceded her husband in death on August 22, 1997.Mr. McCoy was a truck driver for Preston 151. He was a member of the Teamster and also was owner and operator of McCoy Auto Sales. Mr. McCoy loved to play cards and go to the car auctions. He departed this life on March 11, 2012 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 76 years, 2 months and 3 days.Mr. McCoy is survived by one son, Louis Everett McCoy, III of Granite City, Illinois2 daughters, Debra Jean Smith of Granite City, Illinois and Tammy Genean Tucker of Saltillo, Tennessee7 grandchildren, April McCoy, Stevie Smith, Jamie Walton and her husband Brian, Josh McCoy and his wife Candy, Stacy Bush, Beth Dahmn and Tyler Tucker7 great grandchildrenIn addition to his parents and his wife, Mr. McCoy was also preceded in death by one brother, James McCoy.
