Lou Nell Doyle, 78, of Como, Mississippi, died Sunday afternoon, October 1, 2006 at the Baptist DeSoto Hospital in Southaven, Mississippi.
The widow of Willie Burnell Doyle, who died July 11, 2006, she was a homemaker. She was born September 27, 1928 in Bolivar, daughter of the late B. F. Williamson. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the county high school and loved to fish. Mrs. Doyle had lived in Como for the past 20 years and was a member of Harmontown Baptist Church.
Services were 1 pm Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at Shackelford's Bolivar chapel with Pastor Kevin Doyle officiating. Burial was in Parran’s Chapel Cemetery near Bolivar.
Survivors include her son, William Larry Doyle and his wife, Patricia of Coldwater, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Pastor Kevin Doyle and Jackie Crowson, both of Coldwater; six great grandchildren; one sister, Louise Stallings of Bolivar and one brother, Hubert Williamson.
