“Lorraine Pugh Stanfill Grishamâ€
was born on March 16, 1915 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Otis Isaiah and Sarah Bingham Pugh.
On March 7, 1937, she was united in marriage to Floyd E. Stanfill, who preceded her in death on November 6, 1975. She was later united in marriage to Roy Grisham, who survives.
Mrs. Grisham was a homemaker and formerly lived in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a charter member of the Beverly Hills Baptist Church in Memphis and was a Sunday school teacher for 42 years. Mrs. Grisham also helped open the church library and was an active member of the Republican Party.
She departed this life on January 1, 2006 at Tri-County Convalescent Home in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 90 years, 9 months and 16 days.
Mrs. Grisham is survived by her husband, Roy Grisham of Adamsville, Tennessee and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
