Lonnie Dennis

LONNIE DENNIS

was born in Savannah, Tennessee on September 27, 1954 the son of the late Andrew Willie and Estelle Frances Ford Dennis.

Mr. Dennis was an Independent Construction Contractor, specializing in Welding, Pipefitting and Mechanic. He loved car racing, fishing, riding four-wheelers, looking for rocks and arrowheads and restoring old Mopars.

Mr. Dennis departed this life on September 3, 2016 in Cumberland City, Tennessee at the age of 61 years, 11 months and 7 days.

He is survived by his children, Christy Dennis Frazier of Cumberland, Maryland, Johnathan F. Dennis of Zebulon, Georgia and Joshua W. Dennis of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

12 grandchildren, Aliah, R.J., Andrew, Caleb, Chloe, Norrin, Hudson, Cason, Luke, Ariel, Asher and Samuel

two sisters, Patsy R. Banks and Wilma Lynn Norton, both of Cumberland City, Tennessee

two brothers, Willie Earl "Buddy" Dennis of Savannah, Tennessee and Danny Steve Scott of Foley, Alabama

Mr. Dennis is also survived by his ex-wife, Maria C. Williams Dennis of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Frances Blackwell.
