Lonnie Lee BishopBorn April 29, 1920 the son of the late Author C. and Jenny Pearson Bishop.Lonnie was a retired Army veteran and a member of the Milledgeville American Legion.He departed this life on August 31, 2007 at the age of 87 Years, 4 Months, 2 days.He is survived by his children: Lonnie Dewayne Bishop of Milledgeville, Tennessee, Lonnie Lee Bishop Jr. of Hollow Rock, Tennessee, and Bessie Lee Bishop of Clarksville, Tennessee; 2 sisters: Maggie Hart and Lucille Harper, and 1 brother: Troy BishopIn addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Cecil Bishop, Vester Bishop, and Virgil Bishop, and his sister: Odell Williams.
