Lois Bonee Turner

Lois Bonee Turner born May 29, 1928 to Jess Morgan Bonee and Cora Lena Brown Bonee. She was united in marriage to JE Turner on January 27, 1946 who preceded her in death on May 3, 1991.

Lois enjoyed her flowers and gardening, spending time with her children and grandchildren, quilting, and beating everyone at dominos or rook! She enjoyed visiting the senior citizen center and spending time at church with her church family.

Lois is survived by her daughter Cathy Howard and husband, Jimmy. Nine grandchildren, Jeanne Turner, Lisa Kelley and husband Mark, Jonathan Howard and wife April, Brice Turner, Amy Howard, Amanda Head and husband Chucky, Brandon Turner and wife Amanda, Wesley Turner, and Anthony Turner and wife, Shanda. Fourteen-great- grandchildren, Ryan Young, James Staggs, Elizabeth Robinson and husband Jeremy, Kendall Kelley, Tommy Kelley, Mack Short, Chloe Turner,Tyler Kelley, Jimmy Howard II, Brayden Turner, Reed Head, Riley Head, Drew Turner, and Logan Kelley and two great greatgrandchildren Maddox Barber and Hunter Robinson. Also a few grands she’s adopted including the sweet staff at Savannah Health Care who adoringly called her Nanny!!

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Tony Turner and Milton Turner, brother Bob Bonee and sister Maudie Melson Gufee.
