Lois Attaway Green

Lois Attaway Green age 85 of League City, TX passed away Thursday April 19, 2018. She was born in Selmer, TN on November 28, 1932 to Troy and Evie Mae Attaway. She was married to Abner Green for thirty-five years. Lois worked as a seamstress and had a passion for fishing.
Mrs. Green is survived by a son, Michael Mason (Juliana); nieces, Ina Middleton, Carolyn Poindexter (Jerry) and Doris Singleton and numerous great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Abner Green on July 4, 2006, a sister, Lessie Whitaker and a brother, Merle Attaway.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Henderson – East Main Chapel with Ken Kitchen officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Hill Memory Gardens at Bethel Springs.
The family will receive friends at the East Main Chapel on Saturday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM service time.
